My name is Elena. I write poems in my head and some of them make it onto paper. Creation heals my soul; I live for it and because of it. I write and draw and play music and lose myself in my imagination. I am an aspiring art therapist, giving it all I’ve got to make it. I have a whole other world in my head and here, I will share it with you. I long to meet you. Please come and share your imagination with me.

Creative Writing Course

Today I began my creative writing course.  It’s worth 10 credits towards my fine art degree.  

I was so happy to meet our tutor.  The main reason is because he says he is obsessed with “place and space”, the same way that I am.  When I look through my poems I’m sure over half of them have something to do with home, or have some kind of an analogy involving houses.  I can’t wait to get stuck into this project.  My last poem came out of today, we were asked to write about something we saw on our walk into college.
